ALL PINK EVERYTHING 2: THE expansion of planet pink

The long awaited sequel to my iTunes Rap No.1 song, ALL PINK EVERYTHING 2 is finally coming this week, and this time, we’ve got TWO new pink baddies on the track.

When I released ALL PINK EVERYTHING, I was responding to DJ AG’s clean up crew audience who apparently never saw a boy in pink before…

had a couple of the mandem / acting like my fan dem / hating ‘cause i’m banging pink everything”

Most of the song was just a carefree one take freestyle of the absurdity of the entire situation. Why was I at the centre of discourse (where I got my FIRST death threat) for fucking the club up in pink? Like seriously calm down.

But what happened after I dropped the song, nobody could prepare for.

It became my first #1 on the UK iTunes Rap Chart.

More importantly, it became a movement.

I wrote about that experience for Attitude Magazine, where I reflected on the backlash that followed my pink cowboy look going viral, what that taught me about masculinity and visibility in UK hip-hop adjacent spaces, and why I decided to double down rather than tone myself down.

For me, pink was never about being feminine. The colour in my hair simply banged against my skin. But pink became a language. A visual and sonic world that allowed me to exist exactly as I wanted to. (Attitude)

Now I’m expanding that world.

I’m especially excited about who I’ve brought into it. i’ve brought together Tya Lea and itsLIA for a completely new version of the record, and it’s not just a remix with two features slapped onto the original. It’s a genuine expansion. 3 artists. 4 new verses. Let’s GET IT!!!!

Tya Lea

Tya has been my friend for years. We’ve made countless demos together over the last six years, but nothing ready for release.

Until now.

So having Tya on ALL PINK EVERYTHING 2 feels long overdue. She’s bringing her own Pink character into the world, and hearing her actually become part of a record that means so much to my artistic identity is something I’m genuinely excited about. I think it’s the perfect debut opportunity for her to arrive into my discography. And she’s a bad gyal rapper.

LIA and I had actually been silent mutual supporters online for a while before we properly connected. We were both fucking with each other’s stuff from a distance, liking what the other was doing, without really knowing that the feeling was mutual.

When I sent her the track and she sent her verse back, I knew she was going to deliver but she knocked it out the park with her flow and delivery. Her verse brings something different to the record: aspiration and that desire for the high life, which felt like the perfect addition.

Then, by complete coincidence, I found out we were both booked for the Sigil Radio x The Extra Edit Pride show in Birmingham. We shared part of the same set and the chemistry was instant. It was one of those moments where you go, yeah, this collaboration actually makes sense.

Being a trans rapper with her own perspective, I didn’t want her inclusion to feel like some forced “queer rap collaboration.” She’s here because I rate her, we fuck with each other’s work, and her energy belongs on this record.

LIA completes the trio.

I’m Ken. Tya is the Pink Fairy Princess. LIA is ‘the DOLL’ AKA Barbie.

The new release is only three tracks with a 7 minutes and 35 second runtime.

1. ALL PINK EVERYTHING 2 — Alexandru Bleu, Tya Lea & itsLIA
2. DAYS GO SLOW – Alexandru Bleu
3. ALL PINK EVERYTHING – Alexandru

I wanted it to feel like a little chapter rather than another huge project. ALL PINK EVERTYHING 2 expands the original, DGS reconnects it to THIS IS NOT A JOKE, and the original brings us back to where it all started.

ALL PINK EVERYTHING 2 is coming!

And honestly?

I’m so fucking excited. 🩷
