So I’ve been living between Dublin and London for the past three months working six days a week as a Digital Marketer and Bartender. Between shifts, I’ve found time to focus on my music and have some exciting releases coming over the next few months. To kick off the new year and this new era in my music career dubbed Malibu Season 2 I dropped my comeback song ‘Memories‘, which was then taken down after 24 hours due to a copyright claim that I managed to rectify. Having the song taken down from SoundCloud prompted me to hastily distribute it to all platforms and in doing so, Memories became my highest pure selling song ever and most streamed outside of SoundCloud and YouTube. Take that copyright!!!!

Working off the back of the success from Memories I began working on some follow up singles and shot the video for an upcoming EP track ‘Broke Boy Anthem’. Yes, EP track! I’m dropping a body of work!

After some tiresome mental gymnastics as to whether or not I should drop my intended debut full length project Heartfelt Speeches as a mixtape, I decided to reshape the concept of the project and draft a concept that in my opinion will be easier to digest, and more appealable to new audiences. The transformation of this project (and it’s new title (tbc)) has pushed it in a new direction – and after sorting out licensing rights for the beats I am happy to announce that unlike On A Mission EP (2021) this will be a commercial project coming to ALL PLATFORMS!!!

Without spoiling too much, the project will contain some familiar songs and some new songs – with Memories serving as the lead single. And I say familiar intentionally – because they might not sound *exactly* how you remember them…
